Tan Sri Dato’ Koo Yuen Kim is a distinguished and visionary business leader, as well as a respected figure within the Malaysian Chinese community. Guided by a strong sense of responsibility and exceptional leadership, he has set a remarkable benchmark in balancing commercial success with meaningful contributions to society.
His entrepreneurial journey began in China, expanding across diverse industries including real estate, construction, commerce, and beauty. Under his leadership, the business has grown into an internationally recognised enterprise, with a presence spanning Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia.
Today, he continues to lead with a commitment to quality and innovation, steering the organisation towards sustainable growth while creating enduring value for both society and the business.
Koo Yoke Ying
Director
Ms. Koo Yoke Ying has served as a Director of Golden Eagle Group since 2018 and also holds directorships across several of its subsidiary companies. She brings extensive management experience across construction and property development, property management, and manufacturing, with strong capabilities in cross-industry integration and leadership.
Ms. Koo holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of East London. She is committed to driving organisational innovation and operational excellence, consistently contributing to the Group’s sustainable and long-term value creation.
